Retail Look: Carson's Going on of Buisness Liquidation, Day 1, Harlem Irving Plaza, Norridge Illinois

This store at Harlem Irving Plaza opened in 1957 as Wieboldts when Harlem Irving was a classic shopping center. Between 1975 and 1979 this was converted into a Mall. In 1988, Wieboldts went out of buisness and Carson's and Bergner's bought several stores. It was Carson's that bought this location in 1988 and opened this store with was a great move on their part being one of there most profitable stores. But because Bon-Ton couldn't find a buyer that a judge was going to accept so they sold the company to liquidators who we're not ready to work this sale. During the time I was taking photos, several things were still not finished but finished by the time I got pictures. The mall picture of this store was very difficult to get due to Mall's Customer Service near this store, gladly they did not have a problem with me taking photos. These liquidators were very dresses nicely for some stupid reason not caring about the fact people are losing there jobs. Only of course caring about themselves and making money. Let's take a look at this store.

They were putting up to 30% on signs, yet they didn't do it on a big sign.

The liquidation signs sleeping before they need to be used
I don't think there having a good time sleeping.

That Going out of the Buisness sign was not there the first time I went out here
And those store closing signs were also not here
